2. Print, complete and sign the online Entry Form. Click here.
3. Print your Holiday Photo on Portrait Studio Collection media.
4. Mail the completed Entry Form and printed photo in a 9"x12" padded envelope. Do not fold photo or Entry Form. Submissions must be received by 11:59 pm EST, March 31, 2009.
